PMDD means Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder! It’s a cyclical, hormone-based mood disorder. It’s linked to the menstrual cycle, but it’s so much more than feeling sad or irritable before your period comes.

Would you like to hear more about this? Watch our webinar  held on June 18, 2024 with Dr Natasha Vavrek, a GP specialising in women’s health, and Amy Farrell, a psychologist working with people affected by PMDD.
