Listen to our ‘Clear the Stage’ webinar to mark International Women’s Day for 2023.

This year, we’ve invited three incredible young women from lutruwita/Tasmania to set the agenda and talk about what’s important to them in their lives, work, and activism. This is a chance to celebrate the achievements of young women in our state and to hear their ideas and visions for the future.

Panelists include period poverty activist Layla Seen, social justice advocate Trisha Striker, and Founder and Director of Citizen Tasmania, Grace Williams.

Hosted by ABC Radio presenter, Lucie Cutting, join the conversation between these three young women as they explore what change means to them through intersectional feminism, periods, tackling systemic inequality, grassroots activism, and what we can do to make a difference in 2023.

This webinar was hosted by Women's Health Tasmania on March 8, 2023. It will interest anyone who cares about community-led activism and tackling systemic inequality.

You can watch a live recording of the webinar here.
