WHT offers Tai Chi free online through our online Facebook Group, Online Classes with Womens Health Tasmania. Tai Chi with Wendy streams live at 9.30-10.30 on a Monday morning and is available to watch on the feed afterwards. Click here to join the free Facebook group.

The last live session for 2023 will be November 27. Recordings will be available until live classes will recommence on February 5, 2024.
Hobart
We offer Tai Chi classes at our North Hobart Centre, 11 am - 12pm Mondays.
Cost is $10 a class.
Classes are limited to a maximum of 15 participants. To find out more call 6231 3212.
